These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cybersecurity services by Qbit Cyber Solutions to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Cybersecurity consulting and strategy development
• Security testing and vulnerability assessments
• Managed security services
• Incident response and digital forensics
• Security awareness training
• Compliance and risk management

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining appropriate security measures
• Cooperating with our security assessments
• Implementing recommended security controls
• Maintaining confidentiality of security credentials

We commit to the following standards in delivering our services:

• Provide services with reasonable care and skill
• Use qualified and experienced personnel
• Maintain appropriate security measures
• Keep client information confidential
• Provide regular service reports

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Technical information
• Business processes
• Security vulnerabilities
• Client data
• Proprietary information

Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our gross negligence
• Amount paid for the specific service in question
• Excludes indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa.
